Back in February of this year, FedEx mentioned their Print and Go application that allows you to print documents from your Android smart phone directly to a FedEx office location near you. FedEx asked us to review the application and we gladly accepted the offer.
FedEx Office sent us the following for the review:
• 2 – USB Flash Drive
• 2 – $25 FedEx Office Gift Card
• 1 – For review purposes and 1- for a giveaway
The process of printing your documents from the Print & Go application is simple. You simply download the HP ePrint application from the Android market, open the application, enter your email address and click activate. Once you get the email from FedEx, click the link to activate and your all set.
HP ePrint supports the following file formats: JPEG, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and Adobe PDF documents.
If you are using a USB drive at the Print & Go kiosk you can only print Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe PDF documents. We would like to see FedEx add support for images.
