In a recent update Apple may be tampering with evidence again

If all else fails, make the evidence work for you.  That appears to be Apple’s motive right now.  The kicker….this isn’t the first report of this happening….in this case alone!  This time it’s a shot at the Galaxy S II…..More after the break.

The first report was the Galaxy Tab 10.1 was resized to make it seem to be the same size as the Apple iPad.  This time they submitted images of the Galaxy S II to be the same size as the iPhone.  This kind of legal injustice could only be done by a company who knows they are not going to win.  As was reported, physical devices will probably be submitted to the courts.    I don’t see how Apple will not be held liable for submitting falsified documents or images to the courts; then again coperate lawyers are paid good money to get companies out of this kind of trouble.

Question is, now that this is the second time this has happened by the same company, do they get a strike 3 or will the courts throw the book at them?
