Update:  As you can see from the new pic above (old pic after the jump), AmazonWireless has now slashed their price to $179 on a new 2 year contract.  Looks like retailers are fighting over who is going to sell this one cheapest!

If you have your eyes set on the new Droid Bionic, then you may want to check out Amazon Wireless for a deal.  Apparently AmazonWireless is selling the Bionic for only $199 when you sing up with a new two year contract.  That is a whopping $100 less than Verizon is asking for the new device.  Even if you are upgrading to the Bionic you can still save some cash as the Amazon price is $249.99 compared to the Verizon price of $299.99.  Considering the delays that were expereinced in waiting for the Droid Bionic to hit the shelves there is speculation as to whether or not people are going to get the Bionic or wait and see what comes next, especially considering the Droid Prime rumors floating around.  However if you are set on getting the Bionic I suggest you check out AmazonWireless before buying from Verizon.
