Verizon and Motorola have definitely had a presence at CES this year. The duo have announced the Droid Razr Maxx, the Droid Razr in purple and the Droid 4. In the press releases both the Razr Maxx and the purple version of the Razr got their pricing revealed, however the Droid 4 was left out. The latest Verizon MAP (minimum advertised list) shows the Droid 4 coming in at $249 on a new 2 year contract. While still a little more than the OG Razr (not matter what color) at $199, it is nice to see that the Droid 4 has come in cheaper than the $299 of the Razr Maxx, and most new LTE devices that have hit Verizon in the past year.
Also you can see in this MAP that the also newly announced LG Spectrum will be selling for $199.99 on a new contract. Overall Verizon has gained some nice new phones this year at CES, and hopefully non of them will get “overhauled” in a month, like we have seen with the Razr and Razr Maxx.
