While we wait for ICS, Android 4.0, to make its way to existing devices there is always a small cheer of a joy when a leaked build hits the interwebs. The fine folks over at Androidpolice had a tipster send them an early build of the ICS update for the HTC Rezound on Verizon. Now keep in mind that this is an early build and will most likely be very different by the time it is released to the masses, but it does give you an idea as to where HTC and Verizon are with the progress.
Since this is an early build of the official Verizon firmware and radios, you will need to be stock as well as have a stock bootloader. If you have used the HTC bootloader unlock tool this will not work for you. For the download links and all the instructions make sure you hit that source link below!
