If you’re on T-Mobile and have wondered what the full retail pricing is going to be for the Samsung Galaxy S Blaze 4G when it goes on sale in “select retail locations”, you can stop wondering now!  Thanks to a leaked price card, we now know what the price point will be. The Blaze 4G will set you back $449.99. Value plan customers will pay $119.99 after a $30 mail-in-rebate with a $15 monthly equipment installment. Classic plan customers will pay $149.99 after a $50 mail-in-rebate.

The Blaze 4G is the latest installment in the Galaxy S line at T-Mobile.  T-Mobile said the device would be available starting today in “select retail locations” and nationwide, both online and in stores, on March 28th.
