OK. This is just the single most badass thing I’ve seen in the past year or so. If you play games on your Android device, you know exactly what I’m talking about. The lack of functionality involved in a touch screen game. It could be much better if y
ou could simply use your PS3/XBOX360 controller. Enter: GmaKlip.
Sony was the first to actually produce a smartphone that integrated a physical gaming controller. We all know how that ended up. The Sony Xperia what? Yeah. The device was so awkward and bulky, it was like carrying your PSP anyway. Not good for the touch screen device’s world.
All this has changed with GameKlip. This gaming “clip” pairs your device to a PS3 controller via Bluetooth, giving you a physical controller for those HD games! All you need is
the app! The only downside, GameKlip is not “one size fits all” do to speak. It seems to be made specifically for your device and your device only. With the frequency at which most of us switch devices, this may create a problem. I guess the low price could bring me back. It is only $15. They even have a Klip for those of us who still use wired controllers for around $23.
Where could this take the mobile gaming industry? Only one direction, up. Things are definitely taking a turn for the better! Game On!
