
Amazon, at their live event in Santa Monica CA, today announced the Kindle Fire 7″ HD. It is a major upgrade over the original Kindle Fire. I think Amazon really knocked it out of the ballpark with this tablet. The tablet comes in a 16GB for $199 and a 32GB for $249. The 16GB will ship on Sept
14th and the 32GB will ship on Oct 25th. Both versions are available for
pre-order today via Amazon’s website. Below are the specs of this new HD tablet:
