Remember when you could get ringtones from those mobile sites and bill it to your phone bill? If you’re like me, you were wondering where that option disappeared to! Anyway, its back and ready to use in the Play Store!
Now you can
pay for any, and everything
on the Play Store using your Verizon Wireless account. As usual, Big Red was the last to jump on the carrier billing bandwagon. Companies like AT&T and Sprint have been enabling their customers to bill things like movies, music and apps to their wireless bills for quite a while now. It was only a matter of time until VZW finally brought this option.
Imagine the revenue this could generate for app developers and artists alike! It makes me want to get off my ass and get to developing again!
