Sprint has to hand over its latest sales numbers to AT&T, including sales numbers pertaining to its latest addition – the iPhone. According to Bloomberg, the court ruled yesterday that Sprint has to hand over sales numbers in order to help aid AT&T’s defense against a lawsuit attempting to block its acquisition of T-Mobile.
After we heard word from HTC stating that they will push Ice Cream Sandwich to specific phones mentioned, now Sprint has confirmed they will updated the HTC EVO 3D, HTC EVO Design 4G and other products in their line up. Below is Sprints comment from their community portal blog:
